Return and Warranty Policies:
We believe that nobody should be unhappy with a new purchase. Buyers have 7 days after receipt of your new amp to notifiy us that you are returning it. You, the customer, are only responsible for the return shipping costs. Returned items must be received in the same condition and in the original packing. If it comes back damaged, it will be returned to you.
As an authorized dealer for all represented item, the individual warrantees are those of the manufacturers. All warranty repairs are handled directly through the manufacturer. This is the fastest and most efficient way to get your equipment up and running again. However, we will exchange a problem amp within the first 30 days of purchase if inventory allows. We will also liason with the manufacturer to assure priority attention.
